Sugar-Free Protein Pudding in the Air Fryer

Surprise everyone with the results of this sugar-free protein pudding in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 600 ml of milk

  • 80 grams of xylitol

  • 2 scoops of whey protein

  • Vanilla essence to taste

  • Agave syrup to taste

Directions

  • Process the eggs, xylitol, whey protein, milk and vanilla essence to taste with a mixer or blender.
  • Place the agave syrup to taste in a pan greased with butter or margarine and spread it well.
  • Sift the mixture through a strainer into the pan with the syrup and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place in the air fryer at 160°₢ and bake the pudding for approximately 35 minutes.
  • Leave the pudding in the fridge for 1 hour or more, unmold and it is ready to serve.
