These cream cookies are very easy to make and are irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder

  • 1 small box of cream

  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

  • Wheat flour until ready

Directions

  • In a container add the egg, sugar, butter or margarine and mix well.
  • Add the cream and mix until incorporated into the ingredients.
  • Add the yeast and wheat flour little by little while mixing until the dough comes together.
  • Knead until the dough is homogenized and comes away easily from your hands.
  • Shape the cookies and place them side by side in a greased pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 20 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
  • After the cookies have cooled, remove them from the mold and they are ready to serve.
