Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
1 small box of cream
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
Wheat flour until ready
Directions
- In a container add the egg, sugar, butter or margarine and mix well.
- Add the cream and mix until incorporated into the ingredients.
- Add the yeast and wheat flour little by little while mixing until the dough comes together.
- Knead until the dough is homogenized and comes away easily from your hands.
- Shape the cookies and place them side by side in a greased pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 20 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
- After the cookies have cooled, remove them from the mold and they are ready to serve.
