Ingredients
100g grated coconut
200ml coconut milk
1 box of cream
1 box of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
Directions
- Add condensed milk, cream, grated coconut, coconut milk and butter or margarine to a pan off the heat.
- Mix well. Place the pan over medium heat and stir constantly until the filling thickens and comes away easily from the bottom and sides.
- Transfer the filling to a platter, let it cool at room temperature and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the candy.
- Leave the filling in the fridge until it is very cold and firmer in consistency and it is ready to use.
