Ingredients
4 whole eggs
50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
200 grams of cream or yogurt
200 grams of oat flour
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
Sesame seeds to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a blender, place the eggs, cream or yogurt, salt, grated parmesan and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the liquid mixture to a container, add the oat flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix gently until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and add parmesan and sesame cheese to taste on top.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180º₢ for around 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden.
- Wait for it to cool a little, unmold if you prefer and the oat bread is ready to serve.
