This oat bread is one of the tastiest options for those looking for a functional, healthy and delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

  • 200 grams of cream or yogurt

  • 200 grams of oat flour

  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder

  • Sesame seeds to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a blender, place the eggs, cream or yogurt, salt, grated parmesan and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the liquid mixture to a container, add the oat flour and mix well.
  • Add the yeast and mix gently until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
  • Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and add parmesan and sesame cheese to taste on top.
  • Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180º₢ for around 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden.
  • Wait for it to cool a little, unmold if you prefer and the oat bread is ready to serve.
