Making this fluffy carrot bread is so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg

  • 50 grams of carrots – 1 cup (tea)

  • 52 grams of sugar – 4 tablespoons

  • 250ml of water (room temperature)

  • 25 grams of oil – 5 tablespoons

  • 10 grams of yeast – 1 tablespoon

  • 680 grams of wheat flour – 5 cups (tea) – (may vary more or less)

  • 3 grams of salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • In the blender add the egg, oil, water and carrot – Beat very well.
  • Then in a bowl add the sugar, yeast and stir a little and then add the liquid mixture.
  • Lastly, add the wheat flour little by little until it becomes a homogeneous mass. 
    Once homogeneous, stir the dough in the container for 4 minutes.
  • Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, and after it doubles in size, shape the buns, as shown in the video and let it rise again.
  • Take to bake with preheated oven to 180 degrees.
