Ingredients
1 whole egg
50 grams of carrots – 1 cup (tea)
52 grams of sugar – 4 tablespoons
250ml of water (room temperature)
25 grams of oil – 5 tablespoons
10 grams of yeast – 1 tablespoon
680 grams of wheat flour – 5 cups (tea) – (may vary more or less)
3 grams of salt – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- In the blender add the egg, oil, water and carrot – Beat very well.
- Then in a bowl add the sugar, yeast and stir a little and then add the liquid mixture.
- Lastly, add the wheat flour little by little until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Once homogeneous, stir the dough in the container for 4 minutes. - Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, and after it doubles in size, shape the buns, as shown in the video and let it rise again.
- Take to bake with preheated oven to 180 degrees.
