Ingredients
500g pinto beans
150g diced bacon
1 calabrese sausage in cubes
2 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
1 chopped chili pepper
1 cup cassava flour (tea)
Chilled greens to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Cook the beans in salted water until soft.
Run and book. - In a skillet, fry the diced bacon until golden.
Add the diced pepperoni sausage and fry until crispy.
Reserve. - In the same skillet, sauté the garlic, onion and chopped pepper.
Add cooked beans and mix well. - Add the cassava flour little by little, stirring constantly, until it forms a moist farofa.
- Add the fried bacon and sausage, chopped parsley and mix well.
Serve it hot.
