Ingredients
5 eggs
300 ml of milk
200 ml coconut milk
3 cups canned sweet corn or corn on the cob
2 cans of condensed milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Place the eggs, milk, coconut milk, corn, and condensed milk in the blender. Blend for 2 minutes;
- Transfer to a bowl, then add the oil, wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well and transfer to a 35 x 24 cm pan greased with butter and wheat flour;
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, wait for it to cool.
