Creamy green corn cake, very easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 300 ml of milk

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 3 cups canned sweet corn or corn on the cob

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Place the eggs, milk, coconut milk, corn, and condensed milk in the blender. Blend for 2 minutes;
  • Transfer to a bowl, then add the oil, wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well and transfer to a 35 x 24 cm pan greased with butter and wheat flour;
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, wait for it to cool.
