Practicality and flavor are a duo present in this flourless chocolate cake with 2 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 360 grams of chocolate

  • Powdered sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Set the yolks aside and beat the whites in a mixer or with a hand whisk until they form stiff peaks.
  • Melt the chocolate, add the sifted egg yolks and mix well to combine.
  • Add the egg whites little by little while mixing until smooth.
  • Transfer all the dough to a pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 160°₢ for about 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Turn the cake out onto a plate after it has cooled and remove the parchment paper.
  • Finish by sprinkling powdered sugar on top (optional) and the cake is ready.
